Your key responsibilities:

Precisely cutting and preparing meat for retail display.

Setting up and packing down the display to the highest standards.

Delivering friendly and professional service to every customer.

Contributing to a strong and collaborative team culture.

Managing stock control, product margins, and labour efficiency.

Ensuring compliance with PrimeSafe, HACCP, WH&S, and QA standards.
