Key Responsibilities

Portion cutting and trimming to exact order specs

Retail and wholesale butchery & preparation

Packing, dispatch, and stock control in chilled/frozen environments

HACCP & food safety compliance

Cold room and inventory management

Supporting team operations and stepping up as 2IC when required

Meeting production targets without compromising on quality

What We're Looking For

Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents (no sponsorships)

Butchery or meat processing experience (retail or wholesale)

Certificate III in Meat Processing (preferred but not essential)

Strong knife skills & pride in your craft

Fit, reliable, and capable of working in chilled environments

Straightforward, team-first attitude – willing to work hard and grow
