The Position, but not limited to:

• Manage very tidy portfolio of approx. 110 properties
• VA's to help with all admin
• Outsourced PCRs
• No trust accounting

The Criteria:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in managing a portfolio is ESSENTIAL
• Current property manager registration and valid drivers' license
• Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
• Have excellent time management skills
