Building real relationships with owners and tenants

Navigating lease renewals, rent reviews & market advice

Conducting inspections that actually matter

Signing up tenants with confidence

Managing repairs, maintenance & insurance claims like a pro

Handling bonds, arrears & tribunal prep

Smashing KPIs and growing your career

🧠 What You Bring to the Table:

At least 2 years of Property Management experience

WA Property Manager registration (non-negotiable)

A reliable car and current driver’s license

Killer time management & communication skills

Bonus points if you’ve used Property Tree or Inspect Real Estate
