My client is currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join them as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in the field through comprehensive one-on-one training. Your skills and technical experience in workshop equipment or service departments will be crucial to your success.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring their Service team and Clients receive the highest level of support. You will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and possess excellent multitasking and attention to detail. Exemplary customer service, a positive attitude, and strong accuracy in completing service requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate on-road technicians by preparing job schedules
• Allocate bookings to technicians for service, repair, and installations
• Provide professional phone support and assist customers with their requests
• End-to-end control of all Jobs and callouts.
• Facilitate communication between customers and technicians
• Collaborate with a team of service technicians and third-party subcontractors
• Ensure customer outcomes and service delivery align with compliance requirements
• -Complete parts ordering and quotes over the phone
• Schedule preventative maintenance programs for key account customers
