About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, working closely with technicians, site supervisors, customers, and suppliers. Your focus will be on scheduling, resourcing, and managing projects end-to-end while supporting a positive and productive team culture.

This role is central to ensuring our projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard for our clients.

Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00 (on call at weekends when needed to give guidance to technicians who are working onsite)

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations of the service and installation team.

Schedule jobs and allocate resources to meet customer requirements.

Order doors and related products from suppliers in line with project needs.

Liaise with technicians and ensure clear, effective communication across the team.

Manage annual leave and coordinate staffing requirements.

Coordinate with site supervisors, customers, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.

Monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain accurate records using ACT and Aroflo systems.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in operations, scheduling, or logistics (construction, service, or industrial sectors preferred).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with ACT or Aroflow (desirable but not essential)

A current Australian Drivers licence

A proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude.

Competitive salary package: $85,000 – $110,000 + Super (depending on experience).
