Little Peoples Early Learning Centre – Wagga Wagga is seeking a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor/Educational Leader to lead our team of educators and support our families. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated early childhood professional to take on a leadership role with strong support and a clear focus on what matters most – high-quality care and education.

About the Role

As Nominated Supervisor, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.

Mentor, guide, and support our team of educators.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and frameworks.

Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the wider community.

Focus on hands-on leadership, working closely with children and educators.

Have dedicated off-the-floor time to complete administrative, planning, and leadership tasks.

What You’ll Need

Australian working rights

Diploma (minimum) or ECT qualification (ACECQA approved); working towards ECT will be considered

Current NSW Working with Children Check

Child Protection Training and understanding of child safe standards

First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (current and approved)

NESA Teacher Accreditation (preferred)

Strong knowledge of the National Law and Regulations, EYLF, and best practices in early childhood education
