Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor – Little Ark Preschool
Little Ark Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Director (Nominated Supervisor) to lead our well-established, community-focused service in Leichhardt.

Little Ark Preschool is a licensed 37-place service that has proudly served the Leichhardt community for many years. The Role

As Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the service, managing compliance, and fostering a positive and professional team culture. This is a full-time, off-the-floor leadership role, giving you the opportunity to focus on administration, service management, and building strong family and community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the preschool in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards

Lead enrolments, family engagement, and occupancy growth

Manage administration tasks including CCS, compliance, and staff rostering

Drive continuous improvement and maintain a high-quality educational program

Support and mentor a dedicated and passionate team of educators

Build and maintain strong connections with the Leichhardt community

About You

We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education and can bring their experience and vision to our service.

Essential:

ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care)

Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection training

Strong understanding of the NQF, and regulatory requirements

Demonstrated leadership and administration experience in an Early Childhood setting and a strong emphasis on compliance.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
