The Role

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of our approved early learning service, ensuring safe, healthy and inclusive environment that supports the wellbeing and development of every child. You’ll lead a child centred educational program based on Early Years Framework. While ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and Child Safe Standards

You will provide:

  • Leadership in delivering a high-quality preschool and early education program for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework, including Child Safe Standards.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment for all children and families.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated team of educators and support staff.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with families and the wider community.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program delivery and service operations.
  • Promote and uphold the rights and wellbeing of every child in your care.

What you’ll bring?

The ideal applicant will be a dedicated professional, who is enthusiastic and reliable, willing to learn and grow in a well-supported environment.

You will have:

  • Degree in Early Childhood as approved by ACECQA.
  • Demonstrated Early Childhood Director and Teaching experience, 3 years minimum.
  • Leadership skills including team building and team development.
  • Excellent knowledge of federal and state regulations, National Quality Framework and policies relating to Early Education and Care.
  • Eligibility and willingness to apply for Nominated Supervisor, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • NSW Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection qualification.
