Job Profile

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the ICT Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the Gaming System and other technology contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and Lotterywest requirements and objectives. The role monitors vendor performance and drives continuous improvement in contract delivery. It plays a key role in fostering strong stakeholder and vendor relationships to support effective service delivery and business outcomes.

The role has the following key focus areas:

Monitors vendor performance

Vendor relationship management

Provides expert advice on contract matters

Engages and collaborates with stakeholders

Drives continuous improvement

About you, you have:

Considerable experience in high-risk contract development and/or management

Proven experience in vendor performance management, including the application of effective relationship management strategies to ensure service delivery.

High level interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels, collaborate effectively and build and maintain strong professional relationships to deliver business outcomes.

Highly developed communication and negotiations skills, including the ability to provide clear advice, prepare complex contract documents, and negotiate business outcomes.

High level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify risks and issues, and recommend and implement effective solutions.
