About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join a supportive and forward-thinking team across two business divisions. This permanent, full-time position offers a mix of HR operations, recruitment, systems, and culture-focused initiatives. Based across Perth CBD and Hazelmere offices, with flexibility to work one day from home, this role provides the opportunity to be involved in both day-to-day HR support and longer-term organisational development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR advice on policies, processes, and employment legislation.
Support senior managers and employees with performance management, grievances, and employee relations matters.
Coordinate the employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
Partner with managers and recruitment providers to deliver a smooth candidate experience.
Assist the Finance team with remuneration, payroll support.
HR reporting.
Contribute to cultural initiatives that promote inclusion, safety, and employee engagement.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ generalist HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice.
Skilled communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and HR systems.
Passionate about fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
