Qualifications & experience

QBCC Builders or supervisors license preferable.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial construction supervision.

Experience with roof replacements highly regarded.

Strong computer literacy.

Prime Ecosystem experience will be viewed favorably.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional presentation and conduct.

Current driver’s licence – essential.

Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.

Solid understanding of construction-related OH&S legislation.

Strong working knowledge of QBCC legislation and compliance requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities

Supervise jobs from commencement through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.

Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for construction and repair works.

Conduct building inspections and prepare assessment reports.

Coordinate and manage all trades and subcontractors required to complete each job.

Liaise with clients and trades to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Handle dispute resolution and manage objections professionally to maintain client satisfaction.

Ensure all work meets legislative, regulatory, and QBCC compliance standards.
