We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Accounts Payable Officer on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Process invoice, purchase orders, statements, rebates and general ledger data entry
Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
Ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
Electronic and hard copy filing of invoices
Send remittance advice' via email to suppliers
Adhoc accounts tasks as requested by your manager
Preferred skills and experience MUST
Prior experience in a Accounts Payable position is a MUST
Excellent understanding of principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail is a MUST
Experience with MS Office and Accrivia system or similar is a MUST
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
