Accounts Payable Officer
Salary: $70k - $75k + super
Hours: Full time, flexible working arrangements
Location: Camberwell, close to public transport, hybrid

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We are partnering with a well-regarded business. With a collaborative finance team and a supportive work culture, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to step into a fast-paced and rewarding role.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you'll play a key role in managing the accounts payable function across a large and varied supplier base. You'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-end accounts payable processing across multiple suppliers

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

Prepare and process weekly payment runs

Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely invoice approvals

Support month-end close and AP reporting

Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies

Assist with process improvements and finance projects as required

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in a high-volume accounts payable role

Strong knowledge of AP processes and accounting fundamentals

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

• Experience with foreign currencies
