Robert Half is actively seeking a permanent accounts payable officer with a proven background in end-to-end AP functions and process improvement. Candidates with Dynamics will only be considered as this company has recently gone through a migration!

Working within manufacturing / FMCG, this role is suited to someone with industry background and a desire to be a part of a close and high performing finance team.

This is an end-to-end accounts payable opportunity and will suit someone well communicated and who enjoys working with a friendly team.

The Role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high volumes of invoices through D365
• Reconciliation
• Resolving supplier queries
• Vendor management
• Master data management
• Adapting to ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Confidence in handling end-to-end Accounts Payable duties
• Proficiency in D365
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Comfortable working 5 days on-site
• The versatility to work independently and collaboratively
