As an Eclipse Environmental Australia Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind new customer acquisitions. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals, overseeing installations and deliveries and building strong, long lasting relationships with our customers.

Job Description Overview

* Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, networking, face to face meetings).

* Conduct engaging and insightful sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.

* Understand client needs and challenges to effectively tailor proposals and close deals.

* Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM System.

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

* Collaborate with Manufacturing, Installation, Service and Management Teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our product offerings to serve as a trusted advisor to Eclipse prospects.

Required

* Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets.

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.

* Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and sales tools.

Preferred but not mandatory

* Experience in the Light Vehicle, Marine, Heavy Vehicle, Plumbing industry.

* Experience with Service M8
