Are you an experienced multimedia professional with strong leadership and organisational skills? Do you thrive in managing creative teams and delivering high-quality production outcomes on time and within budget? We are seeking a talented Multimedia Operations Manager to join our growing team in Coolum Beach and oversee the daily operations of our Multimedia department.

This is a full-time role offered on a 9-day fortnight, giving you a regular rostered day off every second week while working with a team that values balance, creativity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of multimedia production for events across multiple venues.

Oversee the day-to-day tasks of the Multimedia Designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.

Take briefs from the Multimedia Sales Manager and coordinate resources to deliver on client expectations.

Monitor and manage designer time budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

Provide creative input and design expertise, including occasional video editing when required.

Support and develop the team through clear direction, feedback, and mentoring.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in multimedia production with proven management or team leadership experience.

Solid design skills with the ability to step in and assist on production tasks where needed.

Highly organised, with excellent time management and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Experience in events or multimedia industries is highly regarded.

Based on the Sunshine Coast for close collaboration with our Coolum team.

What We Offer

Competitive salary package of $90,000 + super.
