Take ownership of payroll and accounts for a long-established, reputable real estate group.
On behalf of our client, a leading residential real estate business based in the Inner West, we are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee payroll and accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a stable, long-term role and manage the end-to-end financial function of the business.
The Role
- Manage full-function payroll (5+ years’ experience essential).
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll tax, reporting, and cashflow management.
- Support tax preparation (note: BAS not lodged internally).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency across MYOB software.
- Provide financial reporting and support directly to the Directors.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in payroll and accounts management.
- Strong background in accounts, administration, and reporting.
- Confident with MYOB software.
- Reliable, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines.
- Mature, professional, and strong communicator.
- Local candidates highly regarded.
