On behalf of our client, a leading residential real estate business based in the Inner West, we are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee payroll and accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a stable, long-term role and manage the end-to-end financial function of the business.

The Role

• Manage full-function payroll (5+ years’ experience essential).
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll tax, reporting, and cashflow management.
• Support tax preparation (note: BAS not lodged internally).
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency across MYOB software.
• Provide financial reporting and support directly to the Directors.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in payroll and accounts management.
• Strong background in accounts, administration, and reporting.
• Confident with MYOB software.
• Reliable, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines.
• Mature, professional, and strong communicator.
• Local candidates highly regarded.
