About the role

As a Service Technician at Western Automate', you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of automatic gates and access control systems. This full-time role based in Cockburn Central, WA will see you working on a range of exciting projects across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on automatic gate systems

Installing new automatic gate and access control systems for residential and commercial clients

Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with gate motors, control panels, safety sensors and other components

Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on the operation of their new systems

Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and ordering necessary parts and materials

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Qualifications or experience in electrical, mechanical or automation engineering

Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex systems

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

A valid driver's license

Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required
