Key Responsibilities

Attend on-site service calls for preventative maintenance, breakdowns, installations, and connectivity support

Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize customer downtime

Accurately document service reports and job details

Maintain your assigned toolkit, service vehicle, and vehicle stock

Collaborate closely with Branch Administrator Managers

Participate in ongoing internal training and development

Support general workshop, warehouse, and logistics tasks as required

Provide PaperCut support and installation

About You

Essential:

Hands-on experience servicing printers, copiers, scanners, or MFDs (experience with Konica Minolta, Sharp, Brother, and HP required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

Sound commercial judgment and ability to make decisions under pressure

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn

Desirable:

Basic IT/network troubleshooting skills for device connectivity

Familiarity with document management systems and remote support tools

Ability to identify and communicate potential sales opportunities

Understanding of local network installations, drivers, and scanning setups
