Role Overview:

We're seeking proactive and motivated individuals to fill the role of Trade Sales / Warehouse Person. Whether you're experienced in pumps and irrigation or looking to kickstart your career in this industry, we're eager to invest in your growth and development. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning, we want you to be part of our team!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases both in person and over the phone/email.
• Opportunity to build relationships with our suppliers and customers.
• Manage stock levels, organise warehouse inventory, and maintain showroom displays.
• Handle deliveries, picking, packing, and organising orders for customers and project teams.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide exceptional service and support.
• Contribute to general sales and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift ticket desirable but not essential.
• Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday roster.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
