About the role

Join the team at Brookies Capalaba (previously) Capalaba Produce as a Retail Sales Assistant. In this full-time role based in Capalaba, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy produce store.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with their pet, produce & garden needs

Maintaining high standards of product display and store presentation

Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully stocked

Processing sales transactions

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service

Collaborating with the team to deliver a memorable customer experience.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role - this is a must.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to work at least one day per weekend.

Some knowledge of pet, garden or produce (livestock). Previous work in Produce, farming, pet retail would be advantageous.
