The Role

  • Assist in managing all commercial & contractual matters in relation to the commercial build/fit-out project.
  • Client & subcontractor variations, progress claims & invoicing.
  • Prepare, negotiate & let subcontract packages.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI's, document control & register.
  • Be involved in final accounts & project closeout.
  • Attend project meetings with team and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Manager's and administrative teams.

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years CA experience in commercial build/fit-out.
  • Understanding of WA's commercial build contracts, terms, building standards & legal implications.
  • Proficient in contractual management software programs.
  • Strong written & verbal communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management / business / engineering or a related field.
