About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is confident managing a team, upholding high service standards, and driving performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Maintain exceptional customer service standards

Manage rostering, stock control, and inventory

Drive revenue and manage budgets, costs, and KPIs

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Build strong relationships with guests and the local community

Foster a positive team culture and lead by example

About You

Proven experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage and resolve conflicts under pressure

Passionate about food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences

Competent with POS and restaurant management systems

Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Current RSA certification
