To continue this impact, we're looking for a dynamic Executive Manager, Revenue and Partnerships to lead our revenue strategy, drive sustainable growth, and cultivate powerful partnerships nationally.
About the Role
This is a key management leadership role reporting directly to the CE. You'll lead our Revenue and Partnerships Team and take charge of building and managing revenue streams and partnerships that ensure our financial sustainability and amplify our mission across Australia.
Your focus will include:
Driving revenue growth strategies across philanthropy, corporate, social enterprise, events, and government partnerships
Overseeing and managing national and major partnerships, including contract negotiations and stakeholder engagement
Leading a high-performing Revenue and Partnerships Team, setting clear KPIs and development goals
Overseeing Youth Opportunities' social enterprise initiatives
Managing budgets, strategy, reporting, and risk within your portfolio
Acting as an ambassador for Youth Opportunities, strengthening relationships with funders, supporters, and partners
This role is based in Somerton Park, SA, with the flexibility to balance working from home and interstate travel as required.
About You
We're looking for a self-starter and proven leader who thrives in building relationships, achieving results, and working with purpose.
Essential skills and experience:
Significant experience (10+ years desirable) in philanthropic sales, corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or fundraising with a proven record of delivering revenue and building strategic partnerships
Demonstrated management and leadership experience within nonprofit, business, or social enterprise sectors
Management and leadership experience may be gained from nonprofit, business, or social enterprise sectors
Proven ability to develop and deliver sales/revenue growth strategies
Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
Track record of achieving financial and partnership targets
Experience with CRM systems (ACT), reporting tools, and stakeholder engagement processes
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Desirable:
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field
Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social enterprise models
Experience in public speaking and presenting
