About the Company:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join the team and drive growth across the insulation portfolio. This role is suited to a commercially savvy sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering solutions that add real value to the construction industry.
You will be responsible for managing key accounts while identifying and converting new opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial markets. Partnering closely with architects, engineers, builders, contractors, and distributors, you will position the company as the go-to choice for premium insulation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth.
Manage, grow, and nurture relationships with key accounts across multiple channels.
Identify new business opportunities within both established and emerging markets.
Provide technical expertise and product support to clients, consultants, and specifiers.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain strong market awareness, including competitor activity and industry trends.
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the building materials, construction, or related industries.
Experience working with specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors highly regarded.
Strong business development skills with a hunter mindset and ability to build a pipeline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical products and translate features into client value.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
