Are you an experienced Administrator with a flare for Events Coordinating? Our major mining client are looking for an energetic and creative person to assist the Business Excellence unit create unforgettable events on their oceanside Cape Lambert site. To be considered, you will ideally be based in the Roebourne, Wickham, Samson Point Catchment Area.

About the role
This role is initally offered on a part time 3 month contract, Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00. No two days will be the same, you could be planning an event, talking to and arranging potential vendors and suppliers, discussing future events with Superintendents, writing scripts for speeches as well as hosting events. This is an opportunity for you to release your creative side and make the role your own!

What skill sets do you require?
Experience in working in a busy environment, ideally mining but other industries will be considered too.
Some experience in events planning and coordinating.
Good all round administration skills, Microsoft Office suite, Excel, SAP.
The ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast moving environment.
Strong communication skills - you will need to seek out and speak with Managers, Superintendents etc.
Creative thinker, able to step out of the box and challenge your comfort zone.
