Pearl Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support a well-established contractor with operations across mining and civil infrastructure with a strong pipeline of civil and mining projects.

This is a temporary opportunity with the view to permanency, suited to someone who is calm under pressure, adaptable, highly organised, and confident coordinating mobilisations for both blue and white-collar workforces.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation ensuring timely deployment of personnel
• Manage onboarding, medical bookings, inductions, and compliance
• Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and site access requirements for major projects
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, site teams, and external clients
• Maintain accurate records and compliance tracker
• Ensure 100% compliance is met for every project

What we're looking for:

• Previous mobilisation experience
• Confident with mobilisation systems
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Professional and respectful - someone who stays calm under pressure
• Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Available immediately or within short notice

What's on Offer:

Pay rate: $45-$50 p/h + super (based on experience)
Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full time hours - Office based only
