Facilities & Workplace Coordinator (19 Hours Per Week)

MAYDAY is on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to manage facilities, office administration, and front-of-house responsibilities. This role is key in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.

End Date: Thursday 26th February 2026 - Possibility of extension
Rate: $37.13 per hour + super
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday – Work-life balance
Hours: 19hrs per week split over three days
Location: Perth CBD Office – Be at the heart of a dynamic workplace
Diverse Responsibilities – A mix of facilities management, administration, and front-of-house duties

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Facilities & Office Management – Oversee day-to-day office operations, coordinate maintenance, and liaise with property services.
  • Front Desk & Concierge – Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Administrative Support – Manage office supplies, maintain records, and assist with daily office administration.
  • Event & Catering Coordination – Organise office events, meetings, and catering arrangements.
  • Vendor & Contractor Liaison – Work with cleaners, service providers, and building management to maintain a seamless office experience.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure the workplace meets safety standards and report any concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in workplace coordination, office administration, facilities management, or reception.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for efficiency and improvement.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, office services, and corporate events is a plus.
