Our client is a well-established civil contractor in the Australian mining sector, with a strong focus on rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance projects. With a solid pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join their team based in West Perth.

This role is offered on a temporary basis with the view to permanent employment. It's a great opportunity for someone who's organised, adaptable, and ready to get started straight away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of both blue-collar (e.g., Mobile Plant Operators, Fitters, Trade Assistants) and white-collar roles (e.g., Supervisors, HSE, Engineers).
• Ensure all onboarding and compliance requirements are met.
• Manage logistics such as site inductions, flights, and accommodation for major clients including FMG, BHP, and Rio Tinto.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar mobilisation role, particularly with FMG, Rio Tinto, or BHP, is highly desirable.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong computer literacy and a willingness to adapt to new systems.
• Ready for an immediate start.

Details:

Pay rate: $45-$50 p/h + super (based on experience)
Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full time hours - Office based only
