As our business expands, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources & People & Culture Manager who can bring expertise, leadership, and vision to our team.

We are looking for someone with experience in the Property Industry (or related industries such as real estate, buyer's agency, or property development), who understands the nuances of the sector and can align people strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Design and implement People & Culture strategies that strengthen company culture and align with our mission and values

Support leaders and managers across the business

Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs

Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, awards, and HR Policies

Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and constructive manner

Develop clear career progression frameworks and succession planning

Partner with senior leadership to shape workforce planning and organisational design

Administer payroll oversight, leave management, contracts, and HR systems

Act as the trusted advisor for all people-related matters

About You

Minimum 5+ years' HR experience, with a proven track record at Manager level (experience in the property industry is highly regarded)

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and compliance

Demonstrated ability to lead People & Culture initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance culture

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery

High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset

Experience using HRIS and CRM systems (ActiveCampaign familiarity is a plus but not required)
