About The Role
Due to huge company growth, we are recruiting a new role within the business and we are seeking a full-time Monday to Friday dynamic and empathetic People and Culture Manager to lead and support our people initiatives, champion our organizational culture, and drive employee engagement across all levels. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensure alignment between business goals and people practices, and cultivate a workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops talent.
You’ll be instrumental in implementing & shaping policies, practices, and programs that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and performance — all while fostering a sense of belonging and purpose within our teams.
Key Responsibilities
Champion and embed the organization’s values into daily operations.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Drive internal communications and culture-building activities.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to align people strategy with organizational goals.
Work alongside our Recruitment Manager with onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding.
Act as an employee advocate and support conflict resolution, grievance processes, and employee feedback mechanisms.
Promote inclusive practices and ensure policies are fair and equitable.
Manage and update HR policies, systems, and documentation.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a strategic HR generalist or people & culture role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Previous background in developing and implementing people-related policies, programs and social initiatives
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to identify and implement solutions to people-related challenges
Comfortable guiding teams through change and transformation
Ability to balance long-term company vision with day-to-day operations
Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practice HR principles
