Westhaven is looking for a People and Culture Systems Manager to oversee all systems and processes for managing employee data. This includes payroll inputs, organisational structure management, employee appointments, movements accreditation compliance monitoring. We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in systems, data, and process management, and we're open to applicants from people, IT or accounting backgrounds, who are also comfortable with people management.

About the role
As the People and Culture Systems Manager, you will oversee the transactional team and conduct compliance checking, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of all systems and processes implemented and maintained within the scope of the People and Culture team. This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.

Essential requirements of the role
A current NSW Driver’s licence.
The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
