About the role
We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate disability support workers to provide care and assistance to a 16 year old female with a traumatic brain injury, this care will help her live independently at home with her family.

Duties include but not limited too
Personal care
Medication administration
Assistance with Allied health tasks
Manual handling
Domestic assistance
Documentation and reporting
Community access
Driving her to and from school in your own car- short distance
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Shift times
Monday 6.30am-8.30am, Wednesday 6.45am -8.45am
Thursday and Friday 7am-9am
Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pm
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3.15pm-7.15pm
Thursday 1pm-7pm, Friday 3.30pm-7.30pm
Requirements:
Applicants must have good English-speaking skills, be clear and easily understood
Care experience
Current references
Mobile phone
Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
