Support participants to engage in recreational activities, community outings, and educational pursuits, promoting their inclusion and participation.

Provide personal care assistance as required, respecting the dignity and privacy of the participant.

Administer medication safely and accurately, if required and appropriately delegated.

Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.

Collaborate effectively with families, carers, and other members of the participant's support network.

Adhere strictly to the NDIS Code of Conduct, the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, and all company policies and procedures.

Actively promote and maintain a child-safe environment in line with the NSW Child Safe Standards, ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of all young participants.

Comply with all relevant Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, participants, and others.
