The Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Rigger to join a civil crew working on projects from North Brisbane through to Caboolture. The position involves rigging and slinging long poly pipes (35–40m) between excavators for installation, while supporting experienced pipelaying crews on essential infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Rigging and slinging heavy poly pipes (35–40m) for installation between two excavators
• Assisting pipelaying crews with general site preparation and installation tasks
• Working safely around live services, shoring, and trench systems
• Supporting the crew with labouring duties as required

What You’ll Need

✅ Intermediate Rigging Ticket (mandatory)

✅ White Card

✅ Current Driver’s Licence & reliable transport

✅ Experience on civil sites – ideally with pipelaying crews (not essential)

✅ Strong background in Intermediate or Advanced Rigging

Desirable Tickets/Licences

➕ Excavator, Roller or other plant tickets

➕ Confined Space
