We are seeking motivated and reliable Civil Labourers to join our team works at Townsville Airport. This role involves supporting site operations, working alongside trades and operators, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general labouring duties on civil construction sites

Assisting machine operators and tradespeople

Setting up and packing down worksites, traffic control measures, and equipment

Operating small tools and equipment as required

Ensuring all work is completed in line with WHS and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred - Previous experience in civil construction or labouring

• Preferred - Experience in Bobcat including bucket, broom, and profiling attachments - wheeled and tracked bobcats.

• Preferred - Experience in Excavator operations.

• White Card (mandatory)

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions

• Additional tickets (e.g., excavator, roller, skid steer, bobcat) highly regarded
