$45 – $60 per hour (casual, depending on experience, tickets & skill level)

T2 Infrastructure is seeking Civil Electrical Laborers and Plant Operators to join our expanding team on projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

We deliver major electrical and civil infrastructure projects across airports, rail, defence, and large-scale developments — and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

The Role

· Trenching, conduit and pit installation
Footings and foundation works for HV plant and large-scale lighting structures
Cabling and support systems
Operating plant & machinery where licensed

About You

We welcome both experienced operators and entry-level labourers:

· ✔ Experienced candidates:

· Civil labouring experience in electrical or infrastructure works
Plant & machinery operating tickets such as EWP, excavator, or skid steer (advantageous)
Experience in footings, foundations, and conduit systems

· ✔ Entry-level candidates:

· Construction White Card
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Physical fitness for manual labour including lifting, digging, and working outdoors
