The Position
Reporting to the Business Services Team. You'll deliver high quality service to retail partners across phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and customers across multiple communication channels
  • Resolve enquiries efficiently while keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Manage a variety of service-based products and ensure accurate documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed, aiming for positive outcomes
  • Adhere to quality, compliance, and privacy standards in all tasks
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery

The Candidate

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or claims environment and will possess the following skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
