Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Warm Leads: Reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest through our website and advertising channels.​

Database Reactivation: Reconnect with previous clients and leads to generate renewed interest.​

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations for our sales team with qualified prospects.​

Feedback Collection: Conduct follow-up calls to gather customer reviews and feedback.​

Quality Assurance: Perform due diligence calls to verify the effectiveness of appointments and gather insights.​

Work Hybrid - Initially an in-house role at our Yatala office for a probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid remote work from home opportunity for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ Experienced Setter: Preferably have 2 years or more experience as a Setter.

✅ Solar Industry: ​Preferably have Solar industry experience to hit the ground running however training is provided.

✅ Excellent Communicator: Possesses clear and professional verbal communication skills.​

✅ Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.​

✅ Empathetic Listener: Understands and addresses client needs effectively.​

✅ Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve targets without constant supervision.​

✅ Team Player: Collaborates well with colleagues and contributes to a positive work environment.​

Remuneration:

💰 Hourly Rate: $33 – $38 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.​

💰 Commission Structure: Earn an additional $30-$50 for each confirmed appointment that leads to a sale.​
