• $330 per day | Experience in Property, Trusts and/or Real Estate Accounts

The Opportunity
This role presents as an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous Accounts/Reconciliations/Trusts experience to join a global property management group. The team has a social, collegiate culture with hybrid working.

Due to an ongoing project within the team, they are looking for a strong Accounts/Reconciliations Officer to come in to support the team. This contract is immediately starting and will go for 3-6 months full time.

The Challenge
Reporting into the Property Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Account reconciliations
• Investigation of any variances/discrepancies identified
• Work with leasing managers on payment processing
• Ensure escalation procedures are followed when necessary
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the Finance team, lease administration, and facilities management.

The Expertise
Please apply for the position if you have the following:

• Exposure to Real Estate/Property/Trusts from an accounts perspective is necessary
• 2+ years of experience in an AR/AP/Accounts/Reconciliations Officer role
• Immediately available to start a new role
• Experience in a large organisation would be preferred but not necessary
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on quality work
• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
