Full Job Description:

We’re seeking a Senior Property Manager to step into a long-standing, well-maintained portfolio where the clients expect and appreciate a high level of service. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a stable portfolio.

You’ll be supported by a strong team structure with leasing, inspections and VA assistance, giving you the time to focus on client care and portfolio management. With modern systems in place and direct reporting to the Head of Department, this is a role where your expertise will be respected and rewarded.

The Role:

• Manage a clean portfolio of approx. 180 properties
• Up to $90,000 + Super + Commission Bonuses
• Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 + 1 in 4 paid Saturdays for opens
• Collaborate with a supportive team, including leasing agents, inspection agents, and VAs.
• Modern systems: PMe, IRE & Inspection Express
• Phone & laptop provided
  
  

About You:

• Senior-level Property Management experience essential
• Current Agents Representative Certificate
• Current VIC Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, organisational & client service skills
• Ability to maintain trusted client relationships and deliver high-level service
