Lavandula Farm is an iconic historical site, boasting 200 year old Swiss Italian built buildings and over 100 acres of European Gardens.

As a working lavender and flower farm, tourism and wedding venue with plenty of animals and bird life, we are in need of some capable hands to join our team for this exciting role.

You will be the right hand to the owner of the property, a leader in our team and responsible for many exciting projects on the farm.

Who you are:

Have experience in groundskeeping, gardening and maintenance

A lover of the outdoors

Passion for beautifying spaces

Interest and experience in farm animal husbandry

Competent and handy with power tools and light machinery

Enjoy working through a task list alone or unifying a team to achieve any outcome

Able to instruct, manage and support labour or hired hands

Effective communicator

Positive with a “can do” attitude

The Role:

This role is full time 38 hours per week.

You’ll may be required to work Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays to support key trading days.

Gardening and lawn maintenance

Animal Husbandry

Repairs and maintenance of pipes, taps etc

Flower harvesting

Cleaning bathrooms, emptying bins

Supporting infrastructure project

Setting up and supporting events

Heavy lifting

Located in Shepherds Flat.
