Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards

Oversee horticultural, turf and landscape maintenance in various open space projects, ensuring environmental sustainability and best practices are followed

Ensure safety and compliance across all teams and projects

Conduct site assessments, inspecting gardens and parks, generating reports, evaluating performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled professionals in the field of open space management

Ensure regular preventative maintenance is conducted on plant and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition

Supervise staff, ensuring clear communication of complex instructions and procedures for full understanding and effective implementation.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, to meet project goals and understand their preferences.
