What you will be doing:

Are you a hands-on, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a supportive team? Flavorite is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to help keep our farm grounds safe, tidy, and well-maintained.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the general upkeep of our site grounds, waste management, and assisting with light maintenance tasks. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall presentation and functionality of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing, whipper snipping, and slashing paddocks

Weed control, pest, and disease spraying

Waste management and general site cleaning

Basic maintenance of plant and equipment

Support with minor maintenance projects and tasks

Safe operation and cleaning of grounds equipment

What You’ll Need:

Experience in grounds or property maintenance

Safety-first mindset and mechanical aptitude

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments

Desirable: Forklift license, tractor operation, chainsaw use, MR truck license, and/or experience with machinery (e.g., skid steer, telescopic handler).
