Positive and proactive to team player.
Ensure smooth running of the office, that all requirements are covered to the highest quality and standards.
Assisting the service department team in the day to day running of the department.
Coordinate the field activities of the service technicians.
Answering the office telephone.
Liaising with the customer to determine whether the call outs require immediate attention.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the organization.
Ensure inductions as required are undertaken.
Carry out purchasing requirements for the business.
Document processes and procedures.
Preferrable a high level of knowledge of company software including Simpro, Excel and Word.
Experience in reading, interpret and work from plans, diagrams, specifications and operating manuals for HVAC.
Assist with estimating.
Complete Check lists
Set up manuals and safety documentation and co-ordinate with project managers.
Upload safety documentation.
Set up and work through Peninsula safety noncompliance list.
Set up start up safety packs for each job and manage.
Update and manage CM3 accreditation.
