Company Overview:
At Kings Roller Shutters and Property Kidd Shutters & Blinds, we specialise in delivering premium roller shutters, blinds, outdoor shading systems, and security solutions across Perth and WA. With a growing customer base, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to support our admin and accounts team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Part Time (Permanent)

Role Purpose:
The Office Administrator will provide administrative and customer service support across Adminsation, payables and customer service. This role is central to ensuring efficient communication between clients, sales reps, suppliers and installers .

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records, data entry, and CRM updates.

Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and other documents.

Assist in managing stock orders, deliveries, and supplier communication.

Support sales and management with reporting and administrative tasks.

Ensure the office runs smoothly and clients receive excellent service.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in office administration, reception, or customer service.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.

Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience in trades, building, or home improvement industries.

Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems.

Accounts or invoicing experience with a focus on payables.
