About the role

Our client is seeking a Building Certifier to join their Western Sydney office. This is an office-based role where you’ll manage building approvals, support clients through the certification process, and help simplify council and legal requirements for commercial developments.

Duties

• Process building approvals for commercial projects
• Liaise with clients, councils, and stakeholders on approvals
• Ensure compliance with NSW legislation and building codes
• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients
• Deliver accurate and timely documentation and reports

Skills & Experience

• NSW Building Certifier licence (preferred, otherwise we will take on an experienced consultant without accreditation)
• 1–3 years’ experience in building certification
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong client service and communication skills
