Our client is a well-established Tier 1 Remedial Building contractor with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality Residential and Commercial Remedial Building, Façade Upgrade, and Cladding Replacement projects across NSW and QLD.

The Role

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Project Manager and Construction Manager. You will begin work immediately on a 30-storey residential apartment building located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, overseeing both remedial and façade upgrade works.

To be considered, you must have:

• 6 + years of experience as a Site Supervisor on Remedial Building and Façade Upgrade projects (essential)
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or Waterproofing
• Proven experience managing remedial projects valued up to $10M+
• Strong knowledge in: Balcony remediation and reinstatement, Concrete spalling repairs, Balustrade and façade upgrades, Window and sliding door replacements
• Confident in scheduling daily works for internal teams and subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and site issue resolution
• Ability to lead, supervise, and direct subcontractors
• Clear and professional communicator, able to provide regular updates to management
