The Role

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in managing Remedial Building projects - Concrete repair / Concrete spalling, Balcony remediation and reinstatement, Waterproofing, Facade upgrades and Structural repair works to join their team. You will desirably have 3+ years experience. Experience in Remedial Building and Waterproofing is essential.

Requirements

• Essential - 3+ years experience working as a Project Manager managing Remedial Building and Facade Upgrade projects.
• Essential - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• A proactive and professional Project Manager with the proven ability to communicate with all stakeholders including engineers, clients, consultants, sub-contractors and operational staff alike.
• Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships.
• Strong ability to influence and lead teams.
